I believe that mental and emotional health is vital to one’s overall well-being. In my role as a therapist, I work to come alongside you and build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and can begin to create desired changes. From the start of our work together, I aim to foster an environment of warmth, non-judgment, curiosity, and collaboration. I enjoy working with teens (13+), young adults, and adults.

My approach to counseling is broadly Psychodynamic; meaning I am curious about the unconscious drivers that influence our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and stories. Together, we can explore these parts and use new insights to improve your mental and emotional well-being. I also draw from Systems theory, which calls to recognize how, as individuals, we are often shaped by family, cultural, and societal systems. In addition to these, I use techniques from modalities like mindfulness, somatic therapy, CBT, and parts work.

Currently, I am working toward my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. When I am not taking time for school or work, I love to spend time with my partner, gardening, cooking, walking our blind dog, or doing anything on or near the water.
