Tyler Small (He/Him), MA, LMHCA

Therapist

Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQIA+, Identity Concerns, Neurodiversity (ADD & ADHD), Life Transitions

I believe that everyone can live a life that is full of joy and meaning, and that therapy can be beneficial in helping many to do so. My approach in therapy is warm and collaborative, and aims to provide a space that is supportive and encouraging in exploring your concerns and helping you focus on what is truly valuable in your life. I am informed by approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy, and aim to be inclusive of all a person’s unique identities in our work together. I also enjoy using different tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative and artistic techniques to further enhance the work we do together.

I earned my master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Lewis and Clark College in 2024, and my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2019. In my downtime I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors, finding a new favorite coffee shop, or relaxing at home to read a good book with my cat, Enzo.
