Required Qualifications:
- Valid full license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) from the Washington State Department of Health at the time of hire.
- Completed Master’s Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Must reside in Washington state at time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Training in couple’s therapy; and/or
- Facilitating group counseling;
- Specialized training in trauma, EFT, EMDR, or ART
- Interest in becoming an Approved Supervisor
Salary:

$63,336 – $93,600 annually, depending on position taken
