Kaileh Butler, LMHC

Therapist

Developmental and Relational Trauma, CPTSD/PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Couples, and Self-Compassion Development

Kaileh holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Washington University. Kaileh’s work stems from the recognition that what is not healed is often repeated. With that understanding, she has been dedicated to developing a deeper practice for working with the various impacts of complex trauma. She has earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Therapy and is finishing a certification in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DARTT) this year. Through the DARTT model, Kaileh works holistically and experientially with her clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of their relational histories and experiences and heal core issues, so as to foster more fulfilling relationships and life experiences in alignment with their personal values. Kaileh welcomes clients in a safe and non-judgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported in their unique journeys.

Kaileh works primarily with young adults (16+), adults, and couples. Other techniques integrated into her practice include Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Emotionally Focused Attachment Therapy.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Kaileh out exploring with Winston; her 3-year-old Chiweenie, mountain biking, being creative, or spending time with close friends.
