My approach to counseling is relational, creative, and informed by my clinical training in somatics, trauma support, and group work. Life can feel heavy, overwhelming, and difficult to navigate at times, especially when we feel alone. As your counselor, I am here to walk alongside you, offer a place of connection and support, and equip you with skills and tools to foster resilience, greater trust in the process, and lasting change, if that is what you seek.
I am particularly passionate about perinatal mental health, in which I have specialized training, and love supporting birthing people through the tender transition to parenthood. I have been supporting birthing parents and families, both formally and informally, for the last seven years.
Outside of counseling, I am a parent to two little humans who keep me learning and growing every day. I find calm and rejuvenation in nature through running, hiking, biking, swimming, and gardening. I also maintain an art and mindfulness practice and am committed to cultivating global well-being and positive change at the systemic, interpersonal, and personal levels. I believe that when we rise to the challenge of our own healing, we are also offering that healing to the world at large. I would be honored to meet you for a free 15-minute consultation to see if this might be the right fit for you at this point in your journey!
