I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and it is my privilege to come alongside of you to support and witness your journey. Our work will be collaborative and unique to your specific needs and goals. My hope as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore the inner workings of your world, heal, grow, and be fully yourself. My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in a multicultural perspective. I draw from techniques based in attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing to support and empower you in finding healing, safety, and alignment in your life.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from Metropolitan State University, and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Outside of counseling I enjoy spending time with my family, running, hiking, and being in, on, or near the water.
