I’m an associate clinical social worker who works with adolescents and adults. I deliver LGBTQIA+ affirming & trauma informed care. I believe in the power of connection both with yourself and others. To cultivate this connection I use Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices. We all carry narratives that no longer serve us. In session we will work together to dissect and disrupt these narratives to reach your therapeutic goals.
