Hi!
I am a counseling intern currently completing my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My clinical approach is grounded in a person-centered foundation, with an emphasis on creating a warm, collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported, curious, and inspired. I draw from a Humanistic and Rogerian approach to guide individuals to explore meaning, identity, and personal stories, while also integrating practical skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Theory to support emotional regulation, coping strategies, and present-moment awareness.
