After more than twenty years of living and working in Hawaii, Elizabeth Foster has worked with a broad range of diversity. She was raised in Western Washington and has returned to the area to work with others to create a healthy community. Experienced in individual and group counseling, Elizabeth uses an inclusive, solution-focused approach to help people address their concerns and expand their understanding of themselves and others. Recognizing that the human experience is layered and interconnected, Elizabeth helps individuals navigate life’s questions with an emphasis on developing personal strengths and working through challenges.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Education Degree with a dual specialization in Community and School Counseling from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu. Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, and has been working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings for more than a decade. A lifelong learner, Elizabeth enjoys research, reading, traveling, and outdoor activities around Bellingham.
