With combined lived and learned experiences as a counseling professional, I work from a relational, strength-centered and trauma-informed approach to center your goals and needs in counseling. I have playfully referred to myself as “the more goth and boundaried Samwise to your Frodo”, offering kind and genuine yet direct and firm responses to challenges you bring to the table. In treatment, I tailor the plan to the client, combining somatic (body response), experiential, and creative interventions in support of offering contradictions to your current challenges.
