Aisha Chapra is a compassionate and creative licensed social worker, specialized in serving individuals and young adults. Her therapeutic journey began with a desire to support others through difficult experiences. This calling has led her to develop a distinctive eclectic style, combining Western therapeutic interventions with decolonized practices, and has grounded her ability to listen actively and cultivate a compassionate space for healing.
Aisha offers a broad spectrum of therapeutic approaches, including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Yoga Therapy, amongst others. Her versatility allows her to effectively address various issues such as anxiety, depression, identity issues, and trauma.
Aisha brings a rich South Asian perspective to her work. She is fluent in both spoken Urdu and Hindi, which further broadens her outreach. An adventurous spirit, Aisha has traveled alone to Sri Lanka, Northern Pakistan, Northern India, and Baja Mexico to pursue yoga training and retreats.
