Hi, I’m Jackie! I provide an affirming, compassionate space that centers your unique experiences. Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping tools, or a safe place to explore your identity, I meet you with warmth and acceptance as we work toward growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

My practice uses an integrative, trauma-informed framework, blending person-centered and identity-affirming care with mindfulness to meet your unique needs. I am EMDR trained and incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing when appropriate to support healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community, gender exploration, young adults and college students navigating life transitions, neurodiversity, and disability, and I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel truly seen.

With several years of experience in community health, I have worked closely with BIPOC individuals and at-risk youth, fostering resilience and self-advocacy. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.

Outside of therapy, I indulge my inner nerd through video gaming, tabletop RPGs, binging true crime podcasts, watching reality TV trash or RuPaul’s Drag Race, fire spinning, and being bullied by my cat.
