Autumn Baughn (She/Her)

Intern Therapist

LGBTQIA+ Individuals, Religious Trauma, Neurodivergence

*** Accepting New Couples Only***

Welcome! My therapeutic focus is supporting the queer, trans, and neurodivergent community. I strive to create a warm and authentic space where individuals, couples, and families can explore relationships, identities, and everything in between. Therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m here to meet you where you are—offering empathy, curiosity, and collaboration throughout the process.

I integrate feminist, trauma-informed, and attachment-based practices. I especially enjoy working with couples and polycules, helping them navigate challenges and deepen connections. As well as those who have survived conversion therapy, religious abuse, or are deconstructing.

In our sessions, I prioritize collaboration and transparency. Whether we’re developing skills and tools for managing big transitions or emotions, improving communication and care in relationships, or processing long-held experiences that impact your present, I aim to meet your unique needs.

When I’m not in session, you can find me rearranging furniture, diving into quirky home projects, or spending time with my kids, partners, four silly cats, and two geriatric dogs.
