Our work begins with compassion and a focus on the body’s innate wisdom. I believe in the body’s natural capacity to guide the healing process, recognizing your strengths and inner resources. My trauma-informed approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space, where we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable.

Using somatic practices, we’ll connect with the body as a source of insight, helping to release tension, process emotions, and foster deeper self-awareness. Creativity plays a role in our work together, whether we’re finding new ways to approach challenges or exploring different parts of your inner world. And who knows, perhaps we’ll find some humor about the messy beauty of being human along the way!

I recognize the importance of understanding how culture, privilege, race, gender, and sexuality shape your experiences. In our work together, there’s space to explore the intersections of your identities and how they impact your well-being.

I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle and a BA in K-12 Special Education. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of training with The Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
