I offer a space of unconditional positive regard and acceptance for who you as a human-being have become to survive the suffering that can come with being alive and the experiences of life itself. We all encounter various forms of suffering that leads us to habits that help us to survive rather than to thrive. By uncovering these adaptive strategies we can begin to implement new habits that allow you to experience life and your connection to yourself more fully and vibrantly. Through somatic therapy one can learn how the mind-body forms and interacts with specific environments. It is from this place that a vast amount of untapped resources can be found and the innate wisdom of the body resides. My work is experiential in nature and involves working from a bottom-up approach to encourage healing. This means working with and through the body helping to connect the inseparable parts of a whole being.
