Taylor Bayliss
Intern Therapist
Young adults, adults, anxiety, depression, transitions, self-esteem, self-compassion
I am a counselor-in-training who is committed to helping individuals who feel they are struggling to cope with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, life transitions, fear, or grief. My work focuses on understanding each client’s unique experiences and perspectives and on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space. I believe every person is the true expert on themselves, and I adopt a collaborative approach in my work with clients. My intention is to help each client identify their unique strengths and barriers so that we can work together to develop the skills that will help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
I have a BA in English with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies and am currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle. In my free time, I am often hiking, watching a good TV show, or baking.
