Project Description

Stephanie Richey, Intern

Intern Therapist

Relationship issues, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Health and Medical Issues, Life Transitions, Personal Growth

You have the strength and capacity to heal, even if you feel low, lost, or broken right now. Looking for help is the first step, so give yourself credit for being here.

I enjoy working with adults on a wide variety of issues, and look forward to hearing how I can help you. Our work together will depend on your goals. In therapy, you have a dedicated space to talk about what’s on your mind without judgement or expectation. I use my training to help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings. From there, we can better understand the patterns in your life and look at ways of shifting patterns that are no longer working. Having compassion for ourselves can be incredibly difficult, so our work together will support building self-compassion. Together we build on your strengths and work through whatever you feel like is holding you back.

I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on trauma, grief, and loss. In my free time, I love being outdoors and spending as much time on my bike as possible. I also enjoy anything artsy and I am learning to play the banjo.
