Rachel Coats, LMHCA
Trauma and Growth, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion
Developing compassion for ourselves is a gateway for healing and stepping into
authentic power. Rachel Coats loves working collaboratively with clients to
explore what may be blocking them, what is wanting to transform, and how they
may develop more compassionate ways of honoring themselves and their stories.
She seeks to create a nonjudgmental space where it is safe for clients to be real,
speak their truths, and be “seen.”
Rachel completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology from University of
Kansas and earned her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Western Washington University. Rachel completed her clinical
internship at Unity Care Northwest and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Associate in the state of Washington. In her life outside of the office, Rachel
enjoys being in nature, traveling, yoga, meditation, and dance.
