Are you struggling with grief, relationships, or health challenges? To begin or re-start therapy can be a difficult choice, but we don’t have to struggle alone. Let’s create some successful strategies together toward the contentment and confidence you deserve and hope for. I love people, and look forward to hearing your story. As a counselor in training, I utilize an integrated, collaborative approach and will draw from a broad variety of proven methods tailored to your unique situation.

I hold a Master’s in Curriculum and Development from the University of Colorado, and am currently working toward a Masters in Counseling with Messiah University.
