I am here to fully support you on your path of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whatever is holding you back from living more wholeheartedly and joyfully, I want to help you break free from that suffering.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental refuge to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together, we’ll seek to understand the storylines, strengths, values and skills you can draw on for greater peace, resilience, and meaning in your life and relationships.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington, Tacoma, and my Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University. I’ve worked with adults and older adults on behavioral health goals in diverse settings, including community mental health outpatient clinics and in people’s homes, in geriatric and medical settings. I use an eclectic mix of therapy approaches, always with the goal of empowering you to access your own creativity for personal transformation and living into possibility.
In my free time, I like to read, learn new things, be outdoors, enjoy family and friends, hang out with my two cats, and crochet.
