Hello and welcome! I first want to acknowledge what a privilege it is to be a part of one’s healing journey — thank you for being here. I strive to be a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Healing is no small feat and it’s something we need to do to show up in our lives in ways that make us proud of where we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going. We are all on a journey of unlearning and overcoming. I’m rooting for you!

I use a person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral philosophy of care to meet you where you’re at, acknowledging your strengths while remaining trauma-informed.

I graduated from Central Washington University in 2018 with my Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences and a minor in Public Health. I later graduated from Boise State University in 2021 with my Masters in Social Work.

Outside of the office, I enjoy dancing, tattooing, trying new foods, performing aerial arts, and hanging out with my wife and our fur babies (Finley, Emma, Mochi, and Cooper).
