I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their sense of self-worth, feel more confident in setting boundaries, and navigate difficult situations, all while nurturing their inner child through the transformative lens of narrative therapy. I work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and general life transition stress. I especially enjoy working with teens & pre-teens, supporting them through life transitions and the social challenges that come with those stages of life.

I am most passionate about helping people overcome body image struggles, build self-esteem, and break free from diet culture, empowering them to carry those changes into their everyday lives. My aim is to guide clients in rewriting their life stories with compassion, fostering self-acceptance, and encouraging a deeper understanding of themselves. Our work together will create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your journey, find resilience, and embrace personal growth.

I completed my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University in December 2023, after an internship at Embodied Journeys Psychotherapy. My background in English Literature from Western Washington University also plays a role in my work, as I believe in the power of storytelling, both in therapy and in life. When I’m not working, I’m likely reading, working on a puzzle with my partner, or catching up with a friend over a good cup of coffee and a walk around town
