I am driven by a profound passion for assisting individuals in reclaiming their sense of self-worth and nurturing your inner child with the transformative lens of narrative therapy. My therapeutic approach extends beyond addressing body image concerns, delving into the realms of anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. I believe in guiding clients towards rewriting their life narratives with compassion, fostering acceptance, and cultivating self-understanding. Through our collaborative journey, I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your story, unearth resilience, and embrace personal growth.

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in December 2023, following the completion of my internship at Embodied Journeys Psychotherapy. My academic foundation in English Literature from Western Washington University further enriches my practice, allowing me to appreciate the power of storytelling in both literature and therapy. In my personal life, I indulge in my love for literature through reading as often as I can, working on puzzles at home with my partner, and connecting with friends over a big cup of coffee.
