Liz has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. She enjoys supporting youth, young adults, and adults and believes in the power of compassion for self and others in living authentically while navigating life’s challenges. She provides gender and sexuality affirming care, has experience supporting the mental health of individuals with disordered eating, C-PTSD, addictions, and is trauma-informed. She has a deep respect for each individual’s human experience and how they find meaning in their lives. She is a trained mindfulness youth educator, has a graduate certificate in gender-affirming care, has a certificate in psychological first aid, and is trauma-informed. Some of the evidence-based modalities she draws from include; Compassion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, inner-child, Mindfulness Based Self Compassion and many others.

In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors with family and friends. She is an avid trail runner, which her 3-year-old Australian Shepherd appreciates!
