Liz is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University. She enjoys supporting youth, young adults, and adults and believes in the power of compassion for self and others in living authentically while navigating life’s challenges. Her focus is on LGBTQAI+ experience and their families, eating disorders, and trauma, and has a deep respect for each individual’s human experience and how they find meaning in their lives. She has a certificate in Psychological First Aid, is a trained mindfulness youth educator and Embody Love Movement facilitator, and is trauma-informed. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and her 2-year-old Australian Shepherd.
