“Telling stories is as basic to human beings as eating. More so, in fact, for while food makes us live, stories are what make our lives worth living” — Richard Kearney. Therapy gives us space to tell, explore, and even rewrite our unique stories in an honest and meaningful way. As your therapist, I feel honored to be a part of this process with you.
