Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-growth, Difficult Transitions, Family and Relationship Issues, and Grief and Loss.

Kaileh graduated with her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western Washington University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. Kaileh enjoys working with youth, young adults, and adults in helping them navigate the many obstacles they may face in life’s journey with a collaborative, holistic, and person-centered approach. Kaileh enjoys hearing people’s stories and helping them uncover meaning and sense of purpose. She believes in the power of mindfulness and self-compassion. Kaileh aims to create a safe, nonjudgmental space wherein clients feel free to express who they truly are while working on creating healthy and sustainable inner shifts and new coping mechanisms for navigating life’s difficulties.

Outside of school and the office, Kaileh enjoys spending time in nature either hiking or mountain biking, creating pottery, yoga, listening to podcasts, exploring new places, and weightlifting.

Telehealth availability:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-11:00am
