Jill Ralston (she/her/hers)

Intern Therapist

Adults, Teens, Anxiety, Depression, Big Emotions, Relationship struggles, Life transitions, Mindfulness

I believe that while difficulty in life is inevitable, developing self-awareness, self-compassion, and healthy coping skills can temper the intensity of life’s hardships. With this perspective in mind, I aim to create a safe and open space where I will listen to and support your unique process. I am open minded and welcome various individuals who might be navigating big emotions, anxiety and traumatic experiences. I am dedicated to being an advocate for you, your distinct experiences, and your goals.

My approach is always collaborative as I see you as the expert of your life. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment lens, believing our past often holds the reasoning for our present, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and somatic methods to support my process.

Therapy is relational and so a little about me – I am working toward my Master’s in Counseling degree at Prescott Colleges. In my free time, I love to be outside and do anything creative. I have several self-care practices, such as yoga, meditation, listening to self-development podcasts, and having fun with loved ones.
