As a therapist, Jessica works collaboratively with her clients to create a safe space that fosters authenticity, mindfulness, and personal growth. Her practice incorporates an integrative, client-centered approach, and a philosophy of acute self-awareness and acceptance. She also wholeheartedly believes that a little humor and creativity can go a long way!

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNCW in Wilmington, North Carolina, and she completed her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. During her five-year navy enlistment, Jessica volunteered as a military career counselor and sexual assault victim intervention advocate, and she has additional training in crisis intervention, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for weight loss, and counseling for sexual trauma. Jessica works with children, adolescents, and adults, using a variety of evidence-based theories and techniques that include Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, photography, paddle boarding, and hiking with her family.
