Hello! My name is Jeremy.

Choosing to begin therapy takes courage – and it’s a decision that deserves care and respect. As your counselor, my goal is to lead with empathy, walking alongside you as you find your way toward the changes and healing that matter most to you. I believe that change begins with self-discovery. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel encouraged and supported as you explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and feel gently challenged to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Our work together will balance reflection and action – giving you space to understand your story while also identifying the practical steps toward the changes you want to see. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and from Adlerian Therapy to support you in uncovering your strengths, clarifying your values, and building a deeper sense of meaning and direction in your life.

I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with find themselves at a turning point – aware that something needs to shift, but unsure of what steps to take. Whether you’re moving through grief, questioning your identity or purpose, or working to build a stronger sense of self, I’m here to offer support, perspective, and encouragement as we walk together.

I’m pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of counseling, you’ll often find me playing bass with my band Silent Disco Club, hiking local trails, gaming, or spending time with friends and family – activities that help me stay connected and recharged. I believe that discovering what grounds us is an essential part of emotional health and personal growth.

If it sounds like we might be a good fit, I’d love to meet with you – either in person or through telehealth, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. You’re welcome to reach out by email to schedule a consultation.
