I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to understand your unique experiences and build on your strengths. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and help you discover new ways to thrive within the unique circumstances of your life and identity.
I am most passionate about supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, identity issues, and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults ages 13-50.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I am informed by approaches within Attachment theory and Narrative therapy. I also enjoy using different tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative techniques to further enhance the work we do together
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington university and am working towards completing Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, reading, doing art projects, and exploring nature.
