Simply put, being a human is hard, and when we are experiencing loneliness, depression, fear, or disconnection, our relationships to others and to our true selves can become closed off. No one should have to navigate these challenges alone. It is my belief that in those moments of suffering there is immense power and courage in reaching out. By seeking new support, you can gain awareness and perspective on what is happening within and around you. As you grow in this awareness, you will be better equipped to meet your needs, care for yourself and nourish your relationships.

In our work together, I will meet you with unconditional and genuine acceptance, collaboration and compassion, and a healthy dose of humor and authenticity. Ultimately, I strive to support each person in achieving a more joyful life.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Antioch University, am certified in Trauma-Informed Therapy and draw from a variety of evidence-based clinical theories and practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also have 15 years of experience working with youth and young adults in a variety of settings, from outdoor education and wilderness therapy to non-profits and social justice advocacy. In my free time, I love to find the balance between adventuring outside and getting cozy inside.
