Clare Honn

Intern Therapist

Adults, Couples, Grief and Loss, Family and Relationship Concerns

A mindfully collaborative approach to counseling begins with a validating and empathetic therapist. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents to help develop insight and awareness through curiously, not judgement. When we approach ourselves with compassion and kindness, we open the door to growth and a deeper understanding of ourselves. I wholly believe throughout this process we can cultivate healthier living patterns, reduce stress and anxiety, decrease negative thoughts, improve interpersonal relationships, and increase self confidence and worth.

I am entering this field with nearly a decade of social work experience which gives me a unique perspective on systemic issues, patterns of behavior, and human strength and resilience. I believe in the growth potential in every human and recognize everyone is a sum of their own unique experiences and stories.

I have a B.A. in Human Services and am currently pursuing my M.A. in Couple and Marriage Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. In my free time you can find me exploring the outdoors with my dog, trying out a new recipe, or playing boardgames with loved ones.
