Brogan Glover-Smith (She/Her/Hers) MA, LMHCA

Therapist

Children, teens, and young adults. Issues: trauma-focused, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, mindfulness, and radical self-acceptance

My aspiration is to cultivate a safe space for clients to process and heal from wounds while using an unconditional positive regard and person-centered approach. This includes providing a nurturing, supportive, environment and meeting the client where they are, while identifying their personal strengths. I have previous experience working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults and offer a strength-based focus to enlighten each client throughout their path of healing.

Being open to change is vital for progress and personal growth. My background derives from a deeply rooted trauma-informed approach while practicing cultural awareness and humility. My role in therapy is to help clients manifest authenticity and satisfaction that aligns with their individual and specific needs. The first step is reaching out for help and I honor you for taking a major leap and trusting your intuition and would be grateful to be part of your journey of growth, healing, and connection.

Outside of the office, I enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my partner and our doggo Moose.
